What is a Core?
A refundable core deposit is added to all replacement parts we sell. The core deposit is refundable when you ship us back the complete old part without any damage. After installing our new part, either you or your mechanic can send us back the part which is replaced. If you have purchased ARS label, it includes the shipping cost for returning the core.
How to Return a Core?
Follow these simple steps to return the core.
- Pack the old core in the same box we shipped the new part and stick the UPS sticker.
- If you have got ARS label, record the UPS tracking number and place it over the old label
- Deliver it to any of the authorized location or to UPS driver.
- Do not cut or modify the sticker in anyway.
You can visit official UPS website for location details. If you are shipping yourself, please use the core return form. We Guarantee all good cores will be refunded within two weeks from the date we receive the core.
Core Return Policy
You are eligible for the core return when the parts are in good condition. You will not be eligible only when the part returned is damaged or stripped from an old car. All cores must be received within 90 days for full credit. Cores received after that time are subject to a late core fee and market rates.
Core Return Procedure
- Core refunds are credited once a week.
- Please allow two weeks to receive your core refund from when we receive the core.
- Cores are returned ground, so this may take up to 6 days.
- If you paid via COD or other, we will mail you a check.
- If you paid via credit card, we will put the credit right back on your card.
- It can take 3 business days for your credit card company to update the amount to your card
If you have not received the refund, please check for the following options:
- Check the date we received your core by entering your tracking number at UPS website
- Have you waited two weeks from the date we received your core
- Please check your credit card statement or mail box
