
Return Policies
To avail our product return service, open our product return page and fill in the form and return it to us along with the item. You can return all unused and un-installed parts to us. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date. Returns after this date will not be accepted. Returns that do not include the return form are not accepted. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you got free shipping) and there will be a 15% restocking fee on ALL returned parts.
If you are returning the parts to us in case of any defects, please visit our warranty information page. It is our policy to replace defective parts. If you have got to return a wrong or mis-shipped item, it WILL be treated as a return. Please see the Warranty page for information on defectives.
All the returns MUST come to our San Diego Warehouse. Though we ship the items from various warehouses, all our returns are processed through San Diego warehouse only. You cannot claim refunds for the parts returned to other warehouses. You can find the address of the warehouse on the Return Form.
All refunds are processed within two weeks. Please do not call to check the status of your return, if you have not heard from us, please visit our Contact Us page.
