When it comes to shipping at diesel Parts Pros, any order over $50 qualifies for free UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 states. For other states, lower total and other shipping speeds are determined based on weight and location. You will be able to see the prices and options before checkout.

Core charges are applied to many remanufactured items and will be paid back to the customer once the core arrives. Once a core is checked in and deemed acceptable, the core deposit is paid back to the customer. A prepaid shipping label can be included with any remanufactured part and covers the return shipping of the core unit to the correct address for the deposit refund. We appreciate you returning the core to us in a timely manner as it helps us process your refund faster. If the core is not returned within 90 days, we will refund the current marketing value of the core.

Diesel Parts Pros has got 12 warehouses to process your orders. This ensures FAST DELIVERY of parts to our customers. The orders are routed to the nearest warehouse among our nationwide network to have it processed immediately. Please note, that we cannot check stock at specific locations prior to placing an order, our system just shows that we have it somewhere.

Most orders are shipped the same day! Please check individual products for shipping info. Estimated ground time varies because of your location in proximity to where we have it in stock. Unfortunately ground shipping cannot be guaranteed. We also offer Next Day Air and Two Day Air.
